Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 3+ years in manufacturing or project engineering.
• Experience managing complex projects from concept to delivery within budget.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication.
• PLC and Fieldbus programming knowledge.
• CAD skills, preferably PTC Creo, for detailed design docs.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement knowledge.
• Basic financial acumen for project costing and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Translate RFQs into customized assembly and automation solutions.
• Develop technical and commercial proposals, including costs and risks.
• Manage projects from order through installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Engineering, suppliers, and customers to meet time and spec.
• Support design and manufacturing of electromechanical, tooling, fixture, and automation solutions.
