Job summary

ENERCON Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Analyst to support cost control, ERP setup, and KPI tracking within our mission-critical Data Center team. The role emphasizes accurate data, strong analysis, and collaboration with Project Managers across disciplines.

You will manage project budgets, monitor financial health, and assist with billing, contracts, and reporting to ensure alignment with client expectations and ENERCON policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business or project analytics, project controls, or a support role in a technical or engineering consulting environment
• Strong analytical and financial aptitude with the ability to manage competing priorities

Responsibilities

• Support project success by compiling accurate cost data and tracking financial health.
• Set up projects in ERP, including budgets, resources, and billing, per contracts.
• Monitor KPIs such as revenue and contribution margin to guide project managers.
• Enter and track sales opportunities to support revenue forecasting in CRM.
• Conduct bi‑monthly prebill reviews and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance.
