Job summary

ENERCON is seeking a Project Analyst to support project management leaders in our data-driven, energy-focused environment. You'll compile cost data, monitor financial health, and help align budgets with contracts across multiple ERP systems.

As a key liaison to Project Managers and cross-functional teams, you will manage project setup, KPI reporting, and CRM-based revenue forecasting, ensuring accuracy and timely insights for decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related industry.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business or project analytics, project controls, or a support role in a technical or engineering consulting environment.
• Demonstrated business/financial aptitude.
• Ability to balance conflicting priorities.
• Organizational and time management skills, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
• Strong analytical skills and professional discretion.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks with minimal direction.
• Excel and Word proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support project success by compiling accurate cost data and tracking financial health against budgets and contracts.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams from project setup to KPI and sales tracking.
• Input project baseline budgets and resource allocations in ERP and reconcile financial data.
• Enter and track sales opportunities in a CRM to support revenue forecasting.
• Conduct bi-monthly prebill reviews to ensure accuracy in labor and expense charges.
