Zusammenfassung

VetsEZ is seeking a Project Analyst/Manager to coordinate government IT programs, manage schedules and deliverables, and drive SAFe/Agile practices. The role requires experience with cost, schedule, and performance tracking, plus strong communication skills.

Responsibilities include leading Scrum events, maintaining Jira, and producing routine and ad hoc status reports for internal and government stakeholders. A Public Trust clearance is needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a business discipline; eight years of related experience may substitute.
• 5+ years of experience in project analysis or project management.
• Experience supporting government IT contracts.
• Experience tracking cost, schedule, and performance data with reports.
• Ability to present analytical findings in narration and graphics.
• Strong knowledge of system network infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on SAFe/Agile experience.
• Experience identifying risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project coordination between VetsEZ and the government Project Manager.
• Oversee, track, and report on project deliverables and work products to ensure contract compliance and timelines.
• Manage team schedules, deliverables, and software acquisitions.
• Create and maintain tools to track program, project, and task performance data, including cost, schedule, and performance.
• Create routine and ad hoc reports and present findings orally and in writing with narrative and graphics.
• Coordinate with external technical leads and stakeholders to align objectives and solutions for network infrastructure.
• Serve as Scrum Master and implement SAFe/Agile practices including planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives.
• Organize and maintain Jira to support backlog management, efficiency, and collaboration.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies; escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide status reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to resolve issues and align with objectives.
