The PM will lead Agile software development teams within a SAFe DevSecOps environment, aligning with VA objectives, budgets, and schedules. Responsibilities include overseeing the full lifecycle from intake to delivery, collaborating with VA leadership, governance, and cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery milestones while
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or related technical discipline.
- 8+ years of IT project management experience.
- Experience leading Agile Scrum teams and applying lifecycle methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle of IT projects using SAFe DevSecOps framework.
- Lead Agile Scrum teams and processes throughout project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with technical leads to support CI/CD pipelines and infra modernization.
- Develop and manage project schedules, costs, performance metrics, and milestones.
- Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and escalations for leadership.
