Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to orchestrate integrated delivery across VA AI task orders from a fully remote location within the United States. You will maintain portfolio roadmaps, run SAFe cadence across AI teams, manage platform-partner relationships, and build evidence for VA investment and scale decisions.

You will lead an agile, multi‑team program, oversee budgets and schedules, supervise staff, and ensure quality and client satisfaction. A VA Public Trust background is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience, including 3+ years leading agile multi-team programs.
• Experience delivering AI, data or digital modernization programs for a federal agency.
• Track record managing subcontractor or platform partner delivery.

Responsibilities

• Create integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products.
• Manage project budgets, schedules and status reports to meet goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate vendor deliverables.
• Maintain roadmaps and schedules across all task orders in Jira Plans.
• Act as delivery lead with VA, upholding sprint quality and traceability.
• Serve as scrum master; set Jira and Confluence standards.
