Flourish Research is seeking a remote Project Analyst-Accounts Receivable Specialist to act as the financial contact for assigned projects, collaborating with Operations and Budgets. You will review contracts and work orders, ensure timely invoicing, and support revenue recognition in NetSuite.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, strong Excel skills, and the ability to analyze data, maintain accuracy, and communicate clearly with sponsors and internal teams while

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of professional experience.
• Moderate Excel skills and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary financial contact for assigned projects, working with Operations and Budgets.
• Review Contract/Work Orders and Amendments to identify financial terms for invoicing.
• Use data analysis to optimize performance and identify budget issues.
• Ensure revenue recognition and invoicing accuracy in ERP (NetSuite).
• Prepare monthly revenue files and issue statements to Sponsors/CRO.
• Coordinate with Cash Application and Collections as needed.
• Support end-of-study close-out audits.
