Job summary

Flourish Research is hiring a remote Project Analyst-Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage project billing, revenue accuracy, and invoicing. The role supports Operations, Budgets, and Contracts, ensuring timely revenue recognition and clean data in the RT system.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional experience.
• Moderate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables).
• Experience with RealTime (RealTime Link) is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary financial contact for assigned projects, coordinating with Operations and Budgets.
• Review contracts/work orders and amendments to identify billable terms and ensure timely invoicing.
• Prepare monthly revenue files for ERP loading and issue monthly billing statements.
• Coordinate with Cash Application and Collections to support revenue cycles.
• Assist with end-of-study audits and other duties as assigned.
