Job summary

Egis is seeking a Project Accountant to provide high level support to Project Managers, handling financial information for engineering projects. The role focuses on invoicing, budgeting, reporting, and contracts, with familiarity in Oracle preferred. The team values collaboration, accuracy, and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP system.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and exercise independent judgement.

Responsibilities

• Process project invoices and submit to clients.
• Support Project Managers with budgeting, scheduling, month-end processing and reporting.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, track progress, and prepare client/project reports.
• Assist in contract preparation and insurance compliance for projects.
• Assist with collections to improve cash flow.
