Job summary

Egis is a global engineering, consulting, and infrastructure firm that delivers transportation, aviation, rail, transit, water, and environmental solutions. The role focuses on processing project invoices and supporting budgeting, scheduling, and reporting for client projects.

You will maintain project plans, track progress, and prepare timely reports for clients and stakeholders, collaborating with Project Managers to ensure accurate financials and aligned timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, time management and communication abilities are essential.
• Experience with Oracle is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.

Responsibilities

• Process project invoices and submit to clients.
• Support Project Managers with budgeting, fee development, scheduling, month-end processing, and reporting.
• Maintain project plans, track progress, and prepare reports for clients and stakeholders.
