Job summary

Egis is seeking a Project Accountant to provide high level support to Project Managers for financial aspects of engineering projects. You will be proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with Oracle experience preferred. The role involves invoicing clients, budgeting, reporting, and contract support.

You'll collaborate across teams to monitor budgets, assist with collections, and ensure contract compliance, while maintaining accuracy and timeliness in communications.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle or a similar ERP system preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process project invoices and submit to clients.
• Provide support to Project Managers including budgeting and reporting.
• Prepare and maintain project plans and progress reports.
• Assist with contract preparation and review for compliance.
• Track project labor and expenses to maintain budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional project meetings and documentation.
