You will partner with project managers, engineers, and finance professionals to support project financial performance, billing, and reporting across a diverse portfolio. Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in accounting/finance required.
• Minimum 2 years in project accounting or similar.
• Deltek Vantagepoint experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial administration of a project portfolio including setup, budgets, and intercompany billing in Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint.
• Review budget-to-actual variances and update estimates and project plans.
• Evaluate subconsultant invoices and coordinate with Accounts Payable for timely cost recording.
• Prepare and submit invoice packages within established timelines.
• Monitor receivables and unbilled costs, coordinating with client AP to support timely payment.

Education

Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
