Smart Tech Contracting is seeking a Project Accountant to join the Accounting Team. You will collaborate with project management, field and design staff to manage billing, contracts, and project financials throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires remote work capability, four years of business admin experience, and experience with ERP/billing software (Vantagepoint a plus) and Power BI. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in business administration.
• ERP / billing software experience (Vantagepoint a plus).
• Power BI experience is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for new PO and CO, routing, confirming and data entry.
• Coordinate project contracts and change orders and follow through to execution.
• Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely billing and revenue recognition.
• Support project managers with accounting-related tasks across the lifecycle.
