Tetra Tech, Inc. is seeking a Project Accountant/Billing Specialist to support financial operations across a portfolio of projects. The role focuses on project setup, client invoicing, and cost/revenue analysis while ensuring compliance and timely billing.

This remote position requires 3+ years of accounting experience, proficiency in Oracle and Microsoft Office, and strong analytical abilities to collaborate with project managers and finance leadership.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree/Certificate in Accounting Principles.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience with project cost accounting preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue client invoices per contract terms.
• Set up, maintain, and close projects in Oracle.
• Post invoices, credits, and adjustments into Oracle.
• Analyze project cost, revenue, and unbilled/unearned balances.
• Generate ad-hoc financial reports for internal/external users.
• Maintain financial records for assigned projects.
• Support management with financial reports and account analyses.
