Job summary

A+E Global Media is seeking a Coordinator, Programming Operations to support the greenlight process and manage program metadata. You will work with the Director of Programming Operations to optimize scheduling processes and provide administrative support to the EVP department head, including calendar management, travel, and expense reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, film, television or related field.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the monthly greenlight process across networks and departments.
• Assemble and distribute documents for decks and coordinate details with internal departments.
• Manage metadata lifecycle from inception to launch across platforms globally.
• Support EVP with calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and expenses.
• Enter linear schedule into scheduling software and create air schedules.
• Lead ad-hoc projects and build presentations; improve workflows with technology and AI.
