Job summary

A+E Global Media is hiring a Coordinator, Programming Operations to join the Scheduling, Acquisition and Strategy team. You will support the day-to-day greenlight process across A&E, History, and Lifetime, ensuring metadata accuracy and coordinating cross‑functional teams, including Programming, Production, and Finance.

This role offers exposure to executive leadership and the content development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, film, television or related field.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Able to manage large datasets and complex operating systems with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate monthly greenlight process across multiple networks and coordinate with internal departments.
• Manage metadata lifecycle from content inception to launch across platforms globally.
• Provide calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense processing for EVP supervisor.
• Handle program scheduling in internal tools and create/adjust air schedules.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects and build presentations as needed.
• Improve workflows using technology and AI for departmental efficiency.
• Collaborate on new programming strategies for linear and non-linear platforms.
