Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Programmatic EHS Manager to lead the Low Voltage Deployment safety program for its AI data center projects across the United States. You will own program standards, training, and contractor oversight to ensure consistent safety performance.

Responsibilities include managing confined space entry programs, site safety integration, incident management, and reporting to leadership. This is a remote, national role with a strong focus on scalable safety across sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of EHS experience including construction, data center, telecom, or electrical/low-voltage environments.
• Experience creating/managing a multi-site EHS program including employees, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 1910 & 1926, NFPA 70E, and related safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Own EHS program for Low Voltage across multiple sites; develop policies, standards, and site-specific plans.
• Build and deliver low-voltage safety training for employees, contractors, and installers; ensure competency in confined space entry and rescue planning.
