Job summary

Staffing Support Solutions is seeking a Site Safety Professional to own, scale, and execute environmental, health, and safety programs across our critical Data Center Infrastructure. You will serve as the onsite safety authority, bridging day-to-day operations with facility expansion, ensuring regulatory compliance and protecting lives while safeguarding uptime.

You will lead hazard mitigation for high-risk work, foster a proactive safety culture, and collaborate with internal engineering teams

Responsibilities

• Support and champion site safety programs and initiatives
• Mentor and develop entry-level EHS technicians
• Lead incident investigations and corrective action processes
• Promote compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
• Partner with operational leadership to improve safety performance
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
• Support continuous improvement of EHS programs and processes
• Contributes to pre-task planning and job site safety meetings.
• Prepares and delivers safety meetings and training to enhance hazard awareness.

Acting as the onsite safety authority, you will bridge the gap between day-to-day operations, ongoing facility expansion/construction, and global regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate understands that data center safety isn't just about checkboxes—it is about protecting lives while safeguarding the uptime of critical infrastructure holding global digital assets. You will lead hazard mitigation for high-risk work, drive a proactive safety culture, and manage cross-functional partnerships with internal engineering teams and external vendor networks
