Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in the United States is seeking a Global Program Specialist focusing on Digital Building Programs to improve efficiency, risk management and project execution. You will manage financials, contracts, and project documentation as a subject matter expert, acting as primary contact for mission-critical program functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Equivalent professional certification or extensive related work experience (5+ years) may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in program & project management delivery, financial coordination, or construction/technical administration.
• Proven mastery in managing project budgets, invoicing, purchase orders, and complex financial reconciliation within ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards) and work order systems (e.g., Corrigo).
• Superior organizational and analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to quickly comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex financial or operational documents and solve high-stakes issues with speed and flexibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of providing efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to internal partners, coupled with a high degree of accuracy and commitment to data and document integrity.

Responsibilities

• Finance & Contract Management: primary financial point of contact for the project delivery team; collaborate with client finance teams across the financial life-cycle.
• WO Creation & Management: prepare, issue and monitor vendor work orders.
• Invoice Authorization & Validation: authorize vendor invoices and validate against Task Order scope and PO amounts.
• Contract Management: ensure Top Line Service Management and Regional Project Delivery task orders are current and accessible.
• Partner Integration: liaise with client and internal teams to support programmatic financial & contract management processes.
• Program Coordination & Operations: manage day-to-day program operations, update playbooks, MOPs, training materials, systems and access management.
• Site Coordination & Access: coordinate schedules, site access, and vendor badging.
• Meeting Administration: attend weekly remediation sync calls and vendor calls.
• Strategic Partnership: identify and implement process efficiencies with project teams.
• Adaptable Support: respond to time-sensitive requests to keep focus on client delivery tasks.
• Governance & Reporting: lead or contribute to financial, operational and client-facing reports.
• Project Auditing & Compliance: perform end-to-end project audits and reconciliations; maintain documents for records.
• Single Source of Truth: monitor reporting data sheets for timely updates.
• Continuous Improvement: document and streamline financial/administrative processes.
