Loom AI seeks an AI Program Lead to own and run client-facing AI programs in regulated environments. You will manage weekly steering, align stakeholders across business and technology, and ensure momentum while balancing competing priorities. You will translate AI capabilities into actionable business outcomes for executive audiences.

The role requires experience guiding AI deployments, governance understanding, and the ability to keep complex programs on track in a remote US-first setting.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years running client-facing programs in a consulting or professional services context.
• Direct experience on AI, data, or analytics programs, not just general technology delivery.
• Ability to explain AI system behavior and remain in control in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Run the client engagement—own the weekly rhythm, status, and escalations.
• Own alignment across the client ecosystem—across marketing, technology, data, ops, and compliance.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships across business and technology.
• Navigate competing priorities to keep delivery on track while preserving the relationship.
• Identify risks early and propose a path forward.
• Define the value narrative and translate AI outputs into business terms for executives.
