Gradient AI in Boston, MA is seeking a Program Operations Specialist to own project and case management across our health underwriting products from intake through end-to-end tracking and delivery.

You will maintain a centralized client view of status, timelines, risks, and priorities; partner with Product, Data Science, Data Engineering, Implementation, QA, and Client Executives to drive progress and remove blockers.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in service delivery, implementation management, or program coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Own project and case management across health underwriting products from intake to end-to-end tracking.
• Maintain a centralized client view of status, timelines, dependencies, risks, and priorities across the portfolio.
• Drive process improvement and automation across project and case management using Salesforce, Jira, and spreadsheet trackers.
• Connect workflows and data across systems to build scalable solutions.
• Build standardized, data-driven reporting on ticket volume, aging, bottlenecks, and workload.
• Evolve the function to a proactive, data-driven operating model.
