Job summary

Modernizing Medicine seeks a Program Manager, CS Operations to design and execute future-state operating models for onboarding, training, and support. You will bridge strategy and execution, turning challenges into structured, margin-focused roadmaps.

You will lead governance, change management, and stakeholder communications across large, cross-functional teams, driving scalable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Management, Information Systems, or related strategic fields.
• 10+ years of Program Management, Transformation, or Customer Operations experience.
• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead future-state operating models for Customer Success.
• Architect journey designs from digital to high-touch engagements.
• Drive complex discovery and business case development.
• Identify bottlenecks and design scalable service delivery models.
• Lead change management, readiness, and stakeholder communications.
• Partner with executives to formulate long-term transformation roadmaps.
• Track ROI and cost-savings, presenting findings to leadership.
