Job summary

Mano Lani LLC is seeking a senior Program Manager to lead DoD and federal telecom infrastructure initiatives on a remote basis. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate ISP/OSP fiber, cabling, and AV/VTC installations, while resolving issues and ensuring compliance with requirements.

The role requires extensive PM experience, a security clearance, and proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (PM, IT, engineering, or telecommunications).
• Minimum of 15 years of project management or coordination experience.
• Experience with fiber optic, structured cabling, and network infrastructure.
• Familiarity with DoD/federal contracts, SOW/PWS, RFIs, and closeout docs.
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and support DoD/federal telecom projects from initiation to closeout.
• Develop schedules, budgets, risk registers, and procurement tracking.
• Coordinate ISP/OSP fiber, cabling, AV/VTC, and related infra activities.
• Serve as primary liaison among government customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Maintain project docs, conduct design reviews, and monitor scope and changes.
