Concentric is seeking a Program Manager, Security Operations to join its Corporate Team. The role is based in CA/NV/AZ with remote capability and travel to client sites as needed.

You will coordinate embedded staff, manage vendors, and ensure seamless operations, mentoring teams and aligning with client objectives. You will recruit and onboard vendors, approve timecards, and collaborate across Security Operations, HR, Recruiting, and Finance to deliver protected operations globally.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 10+ years in protective security preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Experience managing embedded programs and vendor relationships.

• Lead embedded staff lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Coordinate with HR, Recruiting, and Finance to ensure policy compliance.
• Provide executive protection support and field deployment as needed.
• Develop proposals and budgets for client programs.
• Ensure client deliverables across security services meet expectations.
