Concentric is seeking a Program Manager, Security Operations to join our Corporate Team. This fully remote role requires base in California, Nevada, or Arizona with occasional travel to domestic and international client locations.

You will recruit, onboard, and manage vendors and embedded staff, ensure compliance, and lead security operations initiatives across client programs. The ideal candidate has strong supervisory and program management experience in protective services, plus the ability

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years of supervisory experience in security or related field.
• Program management experience with embedded programs and vendor management.
• Operational experience in protective services and field deployment as needed.

Aufgaben

• Manage embedded employees and vendors across client programs.
• Oversee timesheets, invoices, expense reports, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing mentorship of security personnel.
• Draft proposals and budgets for security operations projects.
• Coordinate with HR, Recruiting, and Finance to ensure policy compliance.
• Provide executive protection support and in‑person management as required.
• Travel up to 30% and operate across CA, NV, AZ as needed.
