Job summary

We are seeking a Program Manager, Security Operations to join the Corporate Team. The role requires remote work from California, Nevada, or Arizona with travel to client locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Program management experience, including managing an embedded program and/or overseeing vendors, staff, and client deliverables.
• Operational experience in protective services, with the ability to deploy to the field as needed to support client needs.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Monday.com.
• Candidate must be eligible to obtain CA BSIS Armed Guard card and related licenses, as required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruitment to place embedded employees in client programs.
• Conduct regular check-ins with embedded staff regarding performance and well-being.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to embedded employees in intelligence/security fields.
• Manage onboarding, timesheets, expenses, and performance evaluations for embedded staff.
• Serve as primary relationship manager between Concentric and client managers.
