Our project teams lead clients through the full commercial real estate process, from site selection, planning, design, construction, and turnover. We serve as the owners’ representative, acting as an extension of their organization while overseeing and providing support for the entire project team (general contractors, architects, engineers, etc.).
Responsible for providing all aspects of support on assigned pre-development and construction projects and programs. The Assistant Project Manager will support the project team, produce reports as required to keep the project on track and manage various aspects of a project as needed and assigned by the Project Manager
Minimum Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited university with preference given to a degree focused on architecture, engineering, or construction. Project management experience focused on IT, furniture, architecture, engineering, and/or construction will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Physical Requirements: This position is performed, at times, in an office setting with extended periods of sitting and computer/keyboard use; reading documents; phone, and other electronic equipment. Minimal lifting (<20 lbs.), frequent standing, climbing and often traversing commercial site construction areas as needed; able to tolerate moderate construction dust, all types of weather, and uneven terrain. Must be able to travel independently from project sites and office.
