Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Lead to oversee task distribution, mentor the team, and drive efficient revenue operations in a fully remote role. You will resolve issues, support payment posting and audits, and work with cross-functional teams on process improvements across the revenue cycle.

The role emphasizes ownership of KPIs, proactive problem solving, and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency. Prior experience in healthcare billing and AR is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare in a similar role.
• 2+ years experience with insurance billing and AR collection
• CRCR Certification preferred
• Experience in the Behavioral Health Field
• Tech-savvy and able to adapt to evolving environments
• AI fluency strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Distribute and assign revenue cycle tasks to the team, ensuring weekly and ad hoc responsibilities are completed on time and accurately.
• Provide ongoing guidance and mentorship to team members, troubleshooting and driving process improvements.
• Assist with day-to-day revenue cycle tasks including payment posting, billing audits, adjustments, and refund processing; serve as SME for claim issues.
• Identify opportunities to streamline revenue cycle processes; collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Take on special assignments and tasks as directed by the Revenue Cycle Manager; meet timelines.
• Monitor KPIs to track team performance and report progress to the Revenue Cycle Manager.
• Take on additional duties to support department and company goals.
