Job summary

SimpliFed is seeking a Program Manager for Foundation Data and Operations to own the single source of truth and the dashboards leadership relies on. You’ll connect disparate data sources across patient and care-pathway tracking, turning insights into experiments that move the needle and improve retention.

You’ll report to the COO, collaborate across functions, and drive analytics, experimentation, and campaign analytics in a fast-paced, remote environment with ambiguous data.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building reporting and analytics infrastructure from scratch.
• Experience moving between SQL, spreadsheets, and BI tools; no dedicated BI layer yet.
• Experience designing and reading A/B tests; asks what the test proved before acting.

Responsibilities

• Create a single source of truth by consolidating core systems and tracking spreadsheets.
• Own funnel visibility from acquisition to activation and retention.
• Build dashboards used by leadership and the Board to track performance without manual pulls.
• Conduct funnel analyses to explain why leads drop off and how to fix it; drive experiments and fixes.
• Track experiments across acquisition, onboarding, and provider workflows; partner with Marketing on diagnostics.
• Provide provider utilization analytics and identify workflow gaps.
• Provide light project management support for Quarterly Planning and Execution with the COO.
