Job summary

Clearpath seeks a Program Manager to own delivery for Abundance Network programs, including onboarding cohorts, donor engagement, and regional events. You will manage participant lifecycles and build new programs with a test-learn-iterate mindset, ensuring high-quality experiences.

You'll coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing and leadership, plan in-person and virtual convenings, and foster strong relationships with members and donors across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in project or program management.
• Event or convening planning experience: you've owned logistics for an in-person gathering or conference from concept through execution.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for an assigned set of Abundance Network programs, including onboarding cohorts, donor relationship management, regional events, and other programming.
• Plan and execute in-person and virtual convenings, venues, budgets, run-of-show, and on-site experience.
• Serve as the day-to-day relationship owner for members and donors connected to your programs, ensuring engagement and satisfaction.
• Work closely with the other Program Manager and program leads to maintain a consistent, high-quality member experience across all Abundance Network programs.
• Coordinate with Marketing, membership, and leadership on shared initiatives, moderation of peer-network channels, and knowledge-base management.
