Job summary

dynami is seeking a Senior Event Manager to own the full lifecycle of its largest, most complex programs from initial planning through reconciliation. The role carries real financial exposure and authority, with no training wheels required.

You will lead program planning, milestone ownership, vendor management, and on-site execution, while negotiating contracts and defending the budget. Remote (Southeast US-based) with travel to program cities/countries.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of corporate event or meeting planning experience.
• Agency experience preferred, including programs with six-figure-plus budgets.
• CMP or CMM certification preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Owns full lifecycle of large programs from planning call to reconciliation.
• Manages client relationships from kickoff to closeout.
• Negotiates and signs hotel, venue, and convention contracts.
• Owns program budget and defends margins; controls scope.
• Oversees on-site execution and post-event reconciliation.
