Job summary

UAB Medicine seeks an administrative professional to support graduate medical education programs within the Pathology Gen Administration unit. You will design, develop and administer program content, maintain policies, and liaise with faculty, staff, students and external stakeholders.

The role covers day-to-day operations, budgeting, reporting, coordination of rotations and observerships, and participation in program planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Three (3) years of related experience required.
• Experience with education programs and coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with achieving program objectives and meet university guidelines.
• Coordinate with departments, faculty, and students for rotations and observerships.
• Support program events, onboarding, and reimbursements for trainees.
• Provide administrative support and prepare reports and analyses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
