Point32Health is seeking a Program Manager I to lead cross‑functional initiatives and support providers and vendors. This role focuses on data management, regulatory reporting, and program operations with an emphasis on cost, risk, and change management.
You will interact with internal and external leadership, analyze data, and recommend process improvements. The position requires strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills and offers opportunities to influence program outcomes.

Program Manager I is responsible for projects and initiatives with cross-functional interface that support assigned programs and/or vendors. We are looking for someone who has experience with provider data and regulatory network adequacy reporting. Responsibilities include managing departmental programs with cross functional interface with some complexity, risk and/or cost. Responsibility may include development of new programs as well as management of ongoing programs. Changes to programs may require some negotiation and change management skills to implement. By using knowledge of the company, the Program Manager I should be able to resolve most minor to moderate roadblocks to ensure success and progress. The Program Manager I should make recommendations for change by performing cost/benefit analysis and by using basic analytical and problem-solving capabilities to support the recommendation. May also directly interact with internal and external leadership from both Point32Health and key clients and/or vendors.

The annual base salary range provided for this position represents a range of salaries for this role and similar roles across the organization. The actual salary for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope and complexity of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; as well as internal equity. As part of our comprehensive total rewards program, colleagues are also eligible for variable pay. Eligibility for any bonus, commission, benefits, or any other form of compensation andbenefits remains in the Company’s sole discretion and maybe modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
