The role leads a matrix team, plans roadmaps and directs multi-tenant enterprise initiatives with cost efficiency and profitability goals.

The incumbent develops data-driven impact analyses, dashboards and executive-level reporting while guiding change management and security engagement. Mentorship to peers is expected.

Qualifications

• 7 years in IS/IT or IT Security.
• PMP and CISSP preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional collaboration and interdependency management between a group of projects, products/technologies, functions and/or customers.
• Work with the executive sponsor of a corporate program to achieve objectives.
• Ensure clear lines of communication including reporting on upcoming security initiatives.
• Measure program effectiveness and report progress.
• Utilize change management methodologies to mitigate security risks.
• Mentor other Program Managers and support leadership initiatives.
