Job summary

Epitec is seeking a Program Manager to support a prominent healthcare agency on a public health initiative aimed at improving access to treatment for individuals with rare hematologic conditions. This is a fully remote, part-time role offering 20 hours per week.

You will assist the Project Director, coordinate meetings, track timelines, and manage deliverables, while engaging stakeholders and monitoring performance. Flexible hours available through December 2026 with potential extensions.

Qualifications

• BSN/LPN/BPharm required or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in healthcare project management or healthcare administration.
• Experience supporting clinical, healthcare, or public health programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Director in overseeing project implementation and execution.
• Coordinate meetings, track timelines, and manage project deliverables.
• Foster stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor day-to-day project activities and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Assist with program evaluation, outcomes tracking, and performance measurement.
• Prepare project updates, reports, presentations, and supporting documentation.
• Organize project records and maintain accurate documentation.
