Job summary

EPITEC is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager (Remote) to lead the Rhode Island Special Care Dentistry Program planning and procurement project. You will independently own major project components, coordinate across state agencies, providers, and academic partners, and support strategy, analyses, and decision-making for a complex cross-system initiative.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, reporting, and planning group coordination, with a focus on developing minimum program

Qualifications

Master's degree in project management or related field.
Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible project management experience.
Experience with research, collaboration, data-management, and productivity tools is strongly preferred.
Experience across healthcare, government, procurement or transformation is preferred.
Direct dental experience is not required if candidate demonstrates strong PM, research and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Maintain the Master Implementation Schedule and workplan; translate activities into weekly work items.
Coordinate multiple workstreams and monitor schedule risks toward procurement deadline.
Support Rhode Island and national research on population needs, providers, and financing.
Prepare agendas and meeting materials; document stakeholder input and key themes.
Assist in procurement strategy development and RFI/RFP preparation.
