BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES INC is seeking a Supervisor to provide clinical, administrative, and operational oversight of its behavioral health program in Hawthorne, CA. The role involves directing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring compliant documentation and service delivery.

You will coordinate with medical providers, manage performance, and support staff development while maintaining client-centered care and ethical practice.

Formación

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalency.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• AA degree plus related experience in lieu of degree.
• Certified by a state-recognized substance use counselor certification body with at least 5 years of substance use experience and/or master’s degree with BBS registration and/or licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervision, training, and development of staff, interns, and volunteers.
• Assist Program Director with oversight and operation of the program.
• Coordinate with medical providers and social services.
• Monitor client progress and maintain treatment records and progress notes.
• Perform toxicology testing, take and record vitals as needed.
• Ensure policy and procedure compliance and documentation standards.
