Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a Program Manager I to support sustaining product operations across multiple hardware programs. You will own recurring reporting, maintain internal systems, create and reconcile POs, and build advanced Excel/Google Sheets models.

We require 2–4 years in consumer hardware, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to turn messy inputs into clean trackers and crisp decks with minimal hand-holding. BA/BS required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects with detailed plans and oversee integration of technical activities.
• Present proposals, reports and findings to clients.
• Consolidate KPIs, meeting minutes, and prepare slide decks for reports.
• Maintain internal systems and tools (butterfly tools, Workplace/Wiki, incident management).
• Create, track, and audit POs.
• Analyze technology, resources, and market demand to plan projects.
