Team Carney, Inc. invites an experienced Program Manager/Lead Liaison to oversee modernization of the USPTO training curriculum.

You will act as the main contact for USPTO and drive a strict 3-month schedule across multiple teams, coordinating reviews with Subject Matter Experts. The role requires 8+ years in federal training/eLearning, proven Agile leadership, and experience managing a large portfolio of course revisions within government contracting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, PM, or related field; PMP preferred.
• Experience leading federal training/eLearning contracts and multi-team Agile workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage a strict 3-month schedule across parallel teams and serve as primary USPTO liaison.
• Coordinate availability and reviews with USPTO SMEs and oversee curriculum modernization.
