Job summary

Innovapptive seeks an experienced Program Manager to oversee cross-functional project portfolios and drive delivery excellence. You will manage resources, schedules, and budgets across multiple SAP/IBM Maximo programs while maintaining strong customer relationships.

We value PMP certification, 5+ years in program management, and a deep understanding of agile and waterfall methods. This remote US/CA role includes travel and a growth-focused, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• PMP Certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of program/project management experience.
• Thorough understanding of waterfall and agile delivery models.
• Strong EAM domain knowledge with SAP/IBM Maximo programs.
• Knowledge of Mining, Utilities, Chemicals, and Oil & Gas industries.
• Excellent data analysis, reporting and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program delivery and manage cross-functional project portfolios.
• Ensure resources, schedules and budgets are aligned with customer needs.
• Provide training and guidance to project teams on governance and best practices.
• Monitor risks, issues and RAID logs; drive timely resolutions.
• Ensure accurate billing, reporting and KPI/tracking across projects.
• Mentor team members and foster strong vendor/customer relationships.
