Job summary

Innovapptive is a global leader in industrial connected worker solutions, headquartered in Houston, TX. The Program Manager will oversee cross-functional project roadmaps, ensuring resources and governance enable on-time delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in program/project management, PMP certification, and deep EAM knowledge. Experience with SAP/IBM Maximo is preferred; remote work options are available for US-based applicants.

Qualifications

• BSc/BA in management or related field; MSc preferred.
• “PMP Certification” is required for the role.
• Strong program/project management experience with multiple projects.
• Deep understanding of EAM/asset management concepts.
• Experience with SAP or IBM Maximo is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cross-functional project roadmaps and ensure resourcing and governance.
• Maintain project RAID, risks, issues, and change control.
• Provide leadership to delivery teams and stakeholders with clear reporting.
