Agile Defense is actively hiring a Program Manager II to provide mid to senior level portfolio, program, and project management support for NOAA’s National Weather Service. You will oversee medium to large IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with federal policies, CPIC requirements, and governance processes in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience supporting federal IT programs.
• PMP certification required.
• Strong understanding of portfolio, program, and project management frameworks.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Smartsheet, Visio.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver program and project management support across NOAA portfolios, programs, and IT initiatives.
• Develop IMS, risk registers, dashboards, and status reports.
• Monitor cost, schedule, scope, performance metrics, risks, issues, and action items.
• Support CPIC activities including investment reporting and data calls.
• Prepare and maintain high quality project artifacts such as plans, charters, SOPs.
• Facilitate governance boards and IPT meetings with stakeholders.
• Assist with budget formulation, execution tracking, and financial reporting.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical teams and leadership.
• Contribute to audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
