Job summary

Nemean Solutions, LLC in Sierra Vista, AZ is seeking a Program Manager to provide mid-to-senior level portfolio, program, and project management support for NOAA's National Weather Service. You will work with government program managers, IPTs, and stakeholders to plan, execute, monitor, and report on project performance across the full lifecycle.

The role requires PMP certification or equivalent, 5–8 years of federal IT program experience, and strong communication, organizational, and scheduling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, IT, or a related field.
• Active PMP certification or equivalent.
• 5–8 years experience supporting federal IT programs or projects.
• Understanding of portfolio, program, and project management methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, Smartsheet, Visio, and cloud-based collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide program and project management support for NWS portfolios, programs, and IT projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, IMS, risk registers, and status reports.
• Track cost, schedule, scope, performance metrics, risks, and action items.
• Support CPIC activities including investment reporting and data calls.
• Prepare and maintain project artifacts such as plans, briefings, reports, charters, SOPs.
• Facilitate governance forums, IPT meetings, and stakeholder reviews.
• Assist with budget formulation, execution tracking, and financial reporting.
• Support acquisition activities including RFIs, SOWs, RFPs, and procurement documentation.
• Provide clear written and verbal communications to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Support audits and continuous process improvement initiatives.
