Job summary

Nemean Solutions LLC seeks a mid-to-senior Program Manager to deliver portfolio, program, and project management support for NOAA's National Weather Service. You will plan, execute, monitor, and report across the full lifecycle, coordinating with IPTs and stakeholders to ensure governance, CPIC compliance, and on-time delivery of IT initiatives.

Ideal candidates hold a PMP certification and have 5–8 years of federal IT program experience, with proficiency in MS Office, Smartsheet, Visio, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, IT, or a related field.
• Active PMP certification or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of experience supporting federal IT programs or projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide program and project management support for NOAA/NWS portfolios and IT projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, IMS, risk registers, and status reports.
• Track cost, schedule, scope, performance metrics, risks, and action items.
• Support CPIC activities including investment reporting and data calls.
• Prepare and maintain plans, briefings, reports, charters, SOPs, and process docs.
• Facilitate governance forums, IPT meetings, and stakeholder reviews.
• Assist with budget formulation, execution tracking, and financial reporting.
• Support RFIs, SOWs, RFPs, and procurement documentation.
• Provide clear written and verbal communications to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Support audits, independent assessments, and continuous process improvement.
