With 10+ years in program delivery, you’ll engage stakeholders across technical and non-technical groups, coordinate cross-functional teams, and apply Scrum/SAFe/Kanban

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program or project management experience leading digital delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
• Proven success managing cross-functional teams across the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, bridging technical and non-technical groups.
• Familiarity with federal IT compliance, reporting standards, and ATO processes.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, human-centered design, and digital transformation best practices.

• Deliver programs supporting digital modernization efforts at the VA.
