Job summary

Wilcore Technologies is seeking a Program Manager to oversee federal modernization programs for the VA, coordinating engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver digital solutions on time and on budget.

You will lead agile teams, ensure alignment with mission goals and compliance standards, and engage stakeholders across cross-functional groups. This role is fully remote in the United States with flexible PTO and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program or project management experience leading digital delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, etc.).
• Proven success managing cross-functional teams across the software lifecycle.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, bridging technical and non-technical groups.
• Familiarity with federal IT compliance, reporting standards, and ATO processes.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and digital transformation best practices.

We are hiring a Product Manager to help manage, expand and oversee our rapidly growing portfolio of federal contracts.

What you'll be doing:

As Program Manager at Wilcore, you’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of one or more programs supporting digital modernization efforts at the VA. You’ll oversee agile teams composed of engineers, designers, product managers, and other specialists, ensuring alignment with mission goals, compliance standards, and delivery timelines.

What you’ll bring:

• 10+ years of program or project management experience leading digital delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, etc.).
• Proven success managing cross-functional teams across the software development lifecycle.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
• Understanding of VA platforms such as VA.gov, Lighthouse APIs or similar
• Experience as a federal contractor or supporting prime contracts
• Exposure to human-centered design or digital product strategy

Compensation:

At Wilcore, it’s important each employee is compensated competitively and fairly. In alignment with state legal requirements. A range for the included position is listed below. Be advised, actual offer details are determined by job category, job location, and candidate skill level.

United States Wage Range: $160,000 – $170,000
