Job summary

OneZero Solutions LLC is seeking a Program Manager to lead ISSO support for the DoS DT/EA/CST organization. Remote role within the National Capital Region, with a 40-hour workweek and obligation to core hours 9:00–3:00 ET.

The PM will oversee 23 cleared cybersecurity professionals, report to CO/COR, and ensure timely delivery of all contract requirements across base and option periods.

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing large-scale cybersecurity programs.
• Experience with Federal government requirements and firm-fixed-price contracts.
• Active SECRET clearance; U.S. citizenship.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Available at time of award and committed to full base period.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison for CO, COR, and GTM; report program status.
• Provide leadership and coordination to meet PWS deliverables.
• Plan post-award kickoff, staffing, and Transition-In/Out plans.
• Manage cost, schedule, and staffing to maintain full performance.
• Maintain risk registers and prepare monthly/quarterly status briefings.
