Job summary

OneZero Solutions LLC seeks a Deputy Program Manager to run the day-to-day ISSO Support program, balancing work across ISSO, engineering, and documentation teams for 70+ consular systems. This role acts with full authority in the Program Manager's absence and is a designated Key Personnel position under the Call Order.

The DPM collaborates with the CO and COR, oversees deliverables, and ensures RMF alignment while coordinating transitions, onboarding, audits, and government reporting.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in cybersecurity program management.
• Experience with Federal Government cybersecurity requirements (FISMA, NIST RMF, NIST SP 800-53).
• Current PMP certification.
• Active SECRET clearance; U.S. citizenship.
• Experience managing deliverable-driven government reporting contracts.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as secondary point of contact for the CO and COR; act for the Program Manager in absence.
• Direct day-to-day operations: assign ISSO portfolios, schedule cybersecurity activities across teams, and ensure RMF alignment.
• Own the deliverable calendar and quality gate for recurring reports and metrics.
• Lead execution of the Transition-In Plan and Transition-Out Plan.
• Manage onboarding logistics: Visitor Access Requests, badging, PIV issuance, OpenNet accounts, training tracking.
• Coordinate audits, inspections, data calls, and reporting within timelines.
• Supervise the Technical Writer and enforce review/quality standards.
• Track program performance metrics and prepare status reports for Government stakeholders.
• Support recruiting and retention of cleared cybersecurity staff.
