Job summary

OneZero Solutions, LLC seeks a Program Manager III to lead the DSCA Cybersecurity Support Services task order. You will own contract performance, manage a 15–20 person team, and oversee the Quality Control Program and risk management in a federal security framework.

The role requires a PMP, AWS and CISSP, TOGAF knowledge, and experience transitioning manual cybersecurity processes to automated, AI-enabled solutions with strong reporting to the Government and phase-in activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
15 years IT experience with ≥10 years in a program management role overseeing large, complex programs (≥$2.5M annual budget, 15–20 personnel).
5 consecutive years of recent leadership.
5 years in digital transformation or automation programs.
Active PMP certification.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar cloud certification.
CISSP.
TOGAF.
Agile or DevOps experience desirable.
Active Secret clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day management of all contract requirements, personnel, and deliverables.
Oversee the contractor's Quality Control Program (QCP) and continuous risk management.
Manage formal government reporting and periodic progress meetings.
Deliver a data-driven Digital Labor Transition Plan and associated analyses.
Lead the 30-day phase-in/transition and knowledge transfer.
Coordinate CONUS travel as needed.
