Job summary

OneZero Solutions LLC seeks a Deputy Program Manager to run the day-to-day operations of the ISSO Support program, coordinating across ISSO, engineering, and documentation teams for 70+ consular systems. You will manage the deliverable calendar, oversee transition-in activities, and act with authority in the Program Manager’s absence.

The role requires 8+ years in cybersecurity program management, a SECRET clearance, PMP, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Eight (8)+ years of cybersecurity program management experience.
• Knowledge of Federal Government cybersecurity requirements (FISMA, NIST RMF, NIST SP 800-53).
• Current PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Active SECRET security clearance; U.S. citizenship.
• Experience managing deliverable-driven government contracts with recurring reporting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as secondary point of contact for the CO and COR; act in PM's absence.
• Direct day-to-day ISSO portfolio management and cybersecurity activities.
• Own deliverable calendar and quality gate for recurring reports and metrics.
• Lead Transition-In and Transition-Out planning; oversee onboarding logistics.
• Coordinate audits, inspections, and data calls within timelines.
• Supervise the Technical Writer and enforce quality formatting standards.
• Track performance metrics, risks, and prepare status briefings.
• Support recruiting and retention of cleared cybersecurity staff.
